Legacy Fund  - - -  Creating a forever footprint

The congregation of Minnetonka United Methodist Church has established a fund that will perpetuate the values and mission that we as a Christian Church, wish to pass on.  Thus creating a forever footprint.

Through interest income from the contributions to this fund we will have the opportunity each year to reach beyond that which our annual budget enables us to accomplish.  As the Legacy Fund grows, the dollars that we can use annually increase without depleting the principal balance.  This will allow the Legacy Fund to continue to grow over time, which will further allow our church to accomplish the vision that we are called to do.

All of us have a vested interest in this Fund.  No contribution is too small or too large to make a difference.  Everyone can participate.  There will be many opportunities to contribute to the Legacy Fund that will make a difference.  Information is available about how you can participate whether it is through a designated gift to the Church at any time during the year or by getting help with your estate planning.  Contact one of the Church staff members and they will get you the information you need and put you in contact with one of the Legacy Fund Committee members.
