The Size of Your Faith

Series: Wandering Heart

February 25, 2024 | Rev. Carrie Binnie

Passage: Matthew 14:22-33

Simon Peter was called to follow in the footsteps of Jesus but it wasn’t always an easy calling. At times, his faith wavered and he had doubts. Instead of giving him a hard time, we might do well to remember that questions and doubts can serve as catalysts to growing in faith!

Series Information

This Lent, we’re shifting our focus to Simon Peter, one of Jesus’ most famous disciples. Peter is both steadfast and unsteady, a trusted friend and one who betrays, a follower and a wanderer. As we journey with him, we’ll see the story of Jesus unfold through the eyes of a human being trying to navigate life and faith. In Peter, we’ll see ourselves. Together, may we see Christ anew.
