You are The Key

Series: Wandering Heart

March 03, 2024 | Rev. Carrie Binnie

Passage: Matthew 16:13-20

Peter’s faith wasn’t always rock solid, but God believed in and worked through him. Today, we will look at Peter’s confession of faith and what it means to hold the keys to the kingdom of God.

Series Information

This Lent, we’re shifting our focus to Simon Peter, one of Jesus’ most famous disciples. Peter is both steadfast and unsteady, a trusted friend and one who betrays, a follower and a wanderer. As we journey with him, we’ll see the story of Jesus unfold through the eyes of a human being trying to navigate life and faith. In Peter, we’ll see ourselves. Together, may we see Christ anew.
