Forgive and Forge On

Series: Forgiveness

March 23, 2025 | Rev. Carrie Binnie

Passage: Genesis 50:14-21

True forgiveness often requires hard but necessary work. Join us as we learn more about Desmond Tutu’s Fourfold Path of Forgiveness and consider what forgiveness should look like in our lives today.

Series Information

Forgiveness is something each of us has offered and sought. But unlike many practices, it doesn’t necessarily become easier the more we do it. This Lent, we’re diving head-first into an exploration of forgiveness. Together, we’ll consider questions like: Is true forgiveness always possible? Can we be too quick to forgive? How do we forgive and seek forgiveness? Does God require forgiveness in all circumstances? Let’s use this season of self-reflection and spiritual renewal to prayerfully consider what God may be calling us to pursue and to release. And at the end of it all, may we experience the season of Easter like never before.
