First impressions make an impact. Unfortunately, many of our first impressions come from the media and lead to judgment. This seems to be particularly true when it comes to this country’s perceptions of Islam. What would it be like if we asked more questions, engaged in new conversations and truly strived to learn about our Muslim neighbors? We might just discover that our siblings in faith have much to teach us about God.
